(More customer reviews)I was very upset upon reciept of this product. When you read "messenger bag" you get the idea that it is large. This thing is just about the size of a small purse. We are still trying to figure out how it converts to a backpack. Albiet, the construction is good, we just felt a bit mislead by the name.
