(More customer reviews)I really liked the design of this luggage and the size etc was perfect, until the cheaply made part in the handle broke with just a little use. It has a poorly designed part in the handle that activates the telescope portion of the handle that can break with just normal use in a fairly short time then the telescopic handle will not go up or down.
